As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and families navigate life's challenges while developing the tools and confidence they need to thrive. .
I specialize in working with children and teens who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, family conflict, and grief and loss. I understand that growing up can come with big emotions, difficult transitions, and challenges that may sometimes feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where children and teens feel heard, understood, and empowered to express themselves.
I also have a special interest in supporting new parents as they navigate the emotional changes and challenges that can accompany parenthood, including the postpartum period. Becoming a parent can bring a wide range of emotions, and I believe parents deserve the same compassion, understanding, and support that they work so hard to provide to others.
.
My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I believe that every person and family has unique strengths, and I strive to build on those strengths while helping clients develop healthy coping skills, improve communication, and better understand their emotions and experiences.
I recognize that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. My hope is to make that process feel welcoming and comfortable, creating a space where clients and families can work through challenges at their own pace and feel supported along the way.
Whether I am helping a child navigate big feelings, supporting a teen through a difficult season, working with a family to strengthen connections, or helping a new parent adjust to life after having a baby, my goal is to help each client feel understood and more confident in their ability to navigate life's ups and downs.
